President Obama Releases FY11 Budget Proposal
President Obama has released his proposal for the Fiscal Year 2011, which contains significant cuts in the funding levels for the US Army Corps of Engineers - Civil Works Program and the Bureau of Reclamation. The Water Resources Coalition is disappointed in the funding cuts and has expressed to the Administration and to Congress that these programs play a vital role in the nation's economy.
